Artist's Gîte, 50 m from the ocean and shops, on a quiet, flower-filled street

Quiet studio, in the artists' quarter. On one of the photos you can see the entrance to the studio, my studio is just opposite and on the other side of the street two other artists. Possibility of drawing and painting lessons. About thirty painters, calligrapher, engraver, draughtsman, photographer, potters, sculptors.... V possibility of discovery of birds, algae, plants. On arrival you can come to the apartment but then the street turns into an alley to the quay, you have to work back for 40 m and then many free spaces not far away.
