Impecável!

Eu nunca fiquei tão positivamente surpreso com uma acomodação na minha vida. Atendimento e suporte 24hrs, e sim isso é comprovado, pois tivemos um impedimento de madrugada e mesmo assim apareceram rapidamente e resolveram. Com certeza eu voltarei a esta mesma acomodação mais vezes.

Boa estrutura mas sem serviço.

A estrutura do hotel é bem legal mas o servico foi decepcionante. Simplesmente foi negado o servico de limpeza e arrumacao do quarto durante toda a estadia sob a desculpa da pandemia sendo que ate as mascaras ja foram completamente liberadas na cidade. Foi estremamente desagradavel pagar quase 1.200 reais na diaria e eu ter que recolher o lixo do banheiro por exemplo. Eu viajei para descansar se fosse pra fazer servico doméstico eu ficava em casa. Me hospedei em varios hoteis pelo Brasil, inclusive no auge da pandemia, e nenhum deixou de limpar e arrumar os quartos.

Chalé ótimo, bonito e confortável. Lugar muito bonito, com trilha para a cachoeira. Mas comida do restaurante não é tão boa e os serviços que presta deixam a desejar se comparados com hotéis nessa faixa de preço.

Local incrível, aconchegante, serviço e pessoal atenciosos e cordiais. O chalé 12, no qual ficamos, fica em local afastados dos demais, garantindo privacidade e silêncio - só barulho da água do rio que corta a propriedade. Hotel excelente e funcionários ótimos!

O hotel é antigo porém muito bem cuidado. Para quem vai numa época muito fria, recomendo solicitar o aquecedor elétrico, apesar de ser pequeno e cobrarem por este equipamento acho essencial. Se for ficar muitos dias este valor pode ser um pouco oneroso R$ 15,00/dia. Recomendo o passei com o guia Melo, ele faz um trabalho diferenciado. Nada comparado com aqueles guias turísticos da cidade que ficam te abordando o tempo todo. A TV da sala do meu chalé (22) não estava funcionando e acabaram não arrumando no dia seguinte. Como fiz bastante atividades extras e não fiquei muito no hotel, então não comprometeu, mas se tivesse ficado mais no hotel ai sim teria sido chato mas nada que um empenho e atenção melhor do hotel em reparar algo com problema e com agilidade que não resolva. Funcionários super cordiais e simpáticos. Alguns mais que outros mas no geral são ótimos. Piscina estava bem fria, a climatização não deu conta de quebrar o gelo da água, então, dependendo da época, fica impossível usar. O Ofurô é grande e com água bem quente, vale a pena! Sei que quem vai para um lugar desses quer descansar mas acho que podiam caprichar na questão de Wifi pois o celular não pega nos quartos e também não chega sinal algum de Wifi e ficamos totalmente desconectados.

O hotel tem uma área excelente com bastante contato com a natureza, porém precisa melhorar alguns serviços. Um item que senti falta foi shampu e condicionador no banheiro - não precisei mas outros podem necessitar (não sei se tem disponível sob pedido). Não há secador de cabelo no quarto e as tomadas elétricas possuem padrão antigo (também não solicitei nenhum adaptador, pode ser que tenham disponíveis). Para efeito de informação, não há wi-fi nos chalés, mas esta informação estava clara quando fiz a reserva.
