Nearby you can visit the Romanesque church of Camaiore located along the ancient Via Francigena and reach the city of art and culture like Pietrasanta, with its sculptures in the square, and Seravezza where in the Villa Medicea, at the foot of the Apuan Alps, exhibitions await you of national and international importance. On foot you reach the sea and the lively promenade of Lido di Camaiore, from which, by bike path, you can reach the south to the pier of Viareggio, north to Forte dei Marmi where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with the setting of the Alps Apuan. The 140 sqm villa, independent on three sides, is surrounded by a large garden with two parking spaces. The garden is equipped with a large marble table for outdoor dining, with deckchairs to rest under the shade of pine trees and, in a sheltered corner, an outdoor shower to cool off immediately upon returning from the sea. The entrance of the villa opens onto a spacious and cozy living room with fireplace, where you can spend fantastic evenings in autumn and winter. From here you access a kitchen, equipped with all appliances, with dining room. The ground floor has a small service bathroom separated from the other rooms. A wide and comfortable staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, two double and one with bunk beds that can be converted into two beds on the ground, and a bathroom. One of the double rooms overlooks a large terrace with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. Air con in the bedrooms and huge high ceilings in the communal areas mean it stays cool even when the temperatures soar. The garden is lovely and offers shade and sun. We ate breakfast there every morning and a couple of dinners - the kitchen is large and well equipped. The beaches and waterfront 'strip' are 15-20 minutes walk away. There's a supermarket, bakery, fruit shop and fishmongers less than 1O minutes walk. We had a great meal in the restaurant at the corner of the street on our last night. Public transport is reliable and good value- we went to Lucca, Pisa and Florence on day trips so a car is not essential \[we used taxis to and from the airport but only because of luggage\] We didn't meet Sara face to face but she was very helpful throughout our holiday. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat seinen italienischen Charme aber nicht verloren. Außerdem wurde das Obergeschoss, in dem sich die Schlafräume und Bäder befinden, bereits renoviert. Die Aufteilung war perfekt für zwei Familien. Sogar Fahrräder waren vorhanden. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr (Teller, Gläser, Besteck) da sein. Das warme Wasser kommt beim Duschen zuverlässig, aber intervallweise. Wenn man den Dreh raus hat, steht einer warmen Dusche nichts mehr im Weg. Netter, gut möblierter Garten und Stellplatz für 3 Autos. Man ist in knapp 15 min. zu Fuß am Meer und hat einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Cinque Terre etc. ##### Tanja S. Haus gut ausgestattet mit vielen Zusatzleistungen👍 Alles was sehr gut! Sara war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr gut erreichbar per WhatsApp oder Telefon. Haus: Wohnzimmer riesig mit Küche und Gäste WC in Erdgeschoss. 3 Schlafzimmern mit 2 Bädern im Obergeschoss. Alle Schlafräume mit Klimaanlagen. Große Küche mit Herd / Backoffen, großer Tisch in der Küche,Kaffepaspelnautomat und Mokka, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Weber Kugelgrill (Kohle und Zünder waren im Fahrradschuppen), inkl. Waschmaschine usw. alles da was man braucht 👍👍👍 5 Fahrräder für Erwachsene und ein Fahrrad für Kleinkinder bis ca. 5 Jahre. Alle Räder sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch funktionsfähig 😁 (Schlösser und Pumpe sind auch im Schuppen) Außenterasse hat eine extra Dusche, wo man sich nachdem Meer abduschen kann. Großer Tisch für 6 Personen inkl. 2 Sonnenschirme. Autos wurden im Hof geparkt. (Es passen 3 Fahrzeuge rein, wenn man hintereinander reinfährt! Wir hatten rückwärts geparkt, um leichte auf die gut befahrbare Straße zu kommen! Achtung: Einfahrt ist sehr eng! Auf die Außenspiegeln achten, sonst wird es ärgerliche Kratzer geben.😉 Haus nebenan wird gerade kernsaniert! Als die Arbeiter morgens angefangen haben zu bohren, war es sehr ärgerlich! Aber auf die Beschwerde hat die Sara sehr schnell reagiert und wir hatten die Arbeiter fast gar nicht mehr gehört! (Grazie nochmal an Sara!) Villetta bifamiliare (l’altra metà è disabitata) di circa 200mq oltre al giardino. Doppio posto auto interno. Spazio lastricato per mangiare all’esterno, barbecue a disposizione. Utilizzo delle biciclette gratuito assolutamente utile e necessario oltre che piacevole. Piano superiore con due bagni e 3 camere completamente ristrutturato. Tutte le camere con aria condizionata.
