The two units communicate with each other only from the outside. Child friendly, cosy, rustic terraced house "Casa di Nena", 300 m a.s.l.. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Salapreti 3 km from the centre of Camaiore, 11 km from the centre of Viareggio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 11 km from the sea, 11 km from the beach. Private: garden 18 m2 with lawn and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. It is hilly and a short walk up hill from parking the car and I wouldn't therefore advise it for people with poor mobility. Vom sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten- und Poolbereich hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick in die malerische Landschaft. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man so braucht . Zum Relaxen ist ein Garten mit Liegen und ein Pool vorhanden . Und mit dem Auto ist alles ziemlich schnell zu erreichen . Das Haus selber ist schön und Rustikal eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche sollte besser sein. Im Bad vom Haupthaus ist kein Duschvorhang vorhanden und die Bettanzüge für 7 euro Pro Person waren zu klein.
