Typical Tuscan country house situated on the first hills between Viareggio and Camaiore a few minutes drive from the beaches of Versilia, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. The property is located on a completely fenced terraced olive grove land of 12,000 m2 with a beautiful view of the Versilia. The two-storey house is a typical Tuscan building with exposed beams furnished with style. The ground floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fireplace and a TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, and a large bathroom with shower. The first floor offers a double bedroom with an adjoining private bathroom with tub, a second double bedroom, and an additional bathroom with shower. The kitchen on the ground floor gives direct access to a covered veranda with a dining table where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Versilia coast. Around the house there is a BBQ and a swimming pool and a salarium space with sun loungers where you can spend peaceful moments of relaxation immersed in nature. All doors and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The property is also equipped with a private parking inside. To reach the house at the top of the hill, follow an unpaved road for approx. 1300 meters inside the largest fenced park and closed with an automatic gate. In the park there is another villa owned by the Family with similar characteristics. Das Haus liegt einsam ganz oben auf einem Berg und wie meine Vorgänger auch schon beschrieben haben, ist die Anfahrt über eine enge Privatstraße bzw Schotterweg als sehr abenteuerlich zu bezeichnen. Am besten erreichbar ist das Haus mit einem normalen PKW mit Allrad, besser noch SUV mit Allrad. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll im älteren toskanischen Stil, mit sehr viel Liebe und aufwändig eingerichtet. Die liebevolle Herrichtung der Außenanlage hat die Inhaber jahrelange Zeit, Schweiß und viel Arbeit gekostet. Es lohnt sich die Chronik des alten Hauses "Rosettas Haus" zu lesen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet was benötigt wird und Teresa hat zur Ankunft schon für einen vollen Kühlschrank gesorgt incl. Wein und Bier. Teresa ist eine tolle Vermieterin, wenn mal ein Problemchen aufgetreten ist oder wir Tipps benötigten stand sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein Urlaub für die totale Erholung und Ruhe mit vielen Sitzplätzen zum Verweilen rund ums Haus mit gigantischen Ausblicken. Es gibt ums Haus viel zu erkunden. Der Swimmingpool unter den Olivenbäumen genau richtig plaziert und hat immer für eine Abkühlung gesorgt. Wir haben das schöne und große Grundstück, mit den vielen Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen genossen. Besonders die schöne Terrasse mit der herrlichen Aussicht. Der eigene Pool war super. Es war alles wie beschrieben, zudem hat es im Haus an nichts gefehlt. Teresa hat uns einen wunderbaren Empfang bereitet und sogar für den ersten Tag Essen und Getränke bereitgestellt. Das Haus ist einzigartig, Lage, Aussicht, Pool und Terrasse ein Traum. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, positiv überrascht waren wir über die Erstausstattung.. Lokales Essen und Getränke machten das Ankommen perfekt. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Der Weg zum Haus ist unbefestigt und an einer Stelle etwas steiler. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut, haben sehr gut schlafen können 😊das einzige was nicht gut war ist der Weg dahin, man muss ca.1400m einen schmalen Weg (zum Teil steil und nicht asphaltiert) hoch fahren bis man das schöne Haus erreicht! Ansonsten wenn man da oben ist, genießt man die Zeit. Für kleine oder sehr große Auto ist der Weg nicht so toll. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub 😊wir danken euch Tresa🙏🙏 ##### marjan s. Teresa war sehr freundlich, zum Empfang hätte sie eingekauft, so dass wir erstmal versorgt waren, mit Kindern perfekt, dann muss man nicht nochmal los zum Einkauf. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in einem Olivenhains. Rundum eingezäunt und damit ein Traum für Hunde aber auch für jeden Urlauber :-) Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Terrasse und Garten toll zum verweilen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist klasse.! Uns hat es gut gefallen! ##### Katja S. Hundefreundlich! Das Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert und die Gastgeberin Teresa hat alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und viele Kleinigkeiten (Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Obst, Waschpulver, Mülltüten, Gebäckstücken, Kaffeekapseln, Mückenmittel usw.) in das Haus gestellt. Die Betten sind sehr gut und bezogen. Genügend schöne Handtücher sind vorhanden. Die Veranda ist ein herrlicher Platz für Frühstück und Abendessen. Abends leuchten die Lichter von der ganzen Küste und es gibt Sonnenuntergang gratis dazu. Genügend Liegeplätze mit Liegestühlen und Hängematten im Schatten und ind er Sonne sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist in Ordnung. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück mit vielen Bäumen, so das die Hunde frei laufen und sich in den Schatten legen können. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die nächsten Supermärkte sind nicht weit weg (mit großer Auswahl an Fisch und Fleisch). Das hauseigene Olivenöl ist ein Traum und wir haben gleich einen 5 Liter Kanister mitgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die einsame Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Mit einem tiefergelegten Auto ist der Naturweg zum Haus nicht befahrbar. Zum Lido die Camaoire, Pietrasanta oder nach Viareggio fährt man 10 Minuten.
