The house offers: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a garden equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs and BBQ. The view is wonderful: in front of your eyes you will have the view over Camaiore, the other hills and up to the sea of Lido di Camaiore. The house is 340 meters above the sea level and to get there by car there is a road of 200m of steep concrete with curves but it is not dangerous and is practicable with all cars. The parking space is 30 meters away with a small climb on a path. This house is not suitable for people with mobility problems. The price does NOT include the consumption of: electricity\* (0.60 Euro / Kw), to be paid in cash at checkout. Die Vorteile sind man ist abgelegen weg von Massen und da oben ist es etwas kühler. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und urig, passen zu der Gegend. Mit kleinem umzäunten Garten kann man sich mit Hund entspannt zurück lehnen. Aber jetzt zu den Nachteilen, mein Partner ist 1.90 cm und muss etwas quer im Bett liegen da diese etwas kurz sind. Und leider dieser Weg , am Anfang ist es Abenteuer und dann wird es ärgerlich. Ständig schauen das man sich den Spiegel nicht abfährt da es wirklich eng ist und zwei Autos nicht immer aneinander vorbei kommen. Ich habe ein Mazda X5 in denn letzten 3 Kurven zurück setzen um rum zu kommen. So überlegt man wann man wieder los fährt und ich nicht mehr spontan! Am Abend nochmals schnell runter was unternehmen, ah neee der Weg hoch wieder! Das ist für uns ein großer Nachteil gewesen. Da man so weit oben ist hat man allerdings einen tollen Ausblick aber leider hört man das ganze Geschehen im Tal ( also alle Hunde im Dorf , gerne die ganze Nacht! ) klar man kann die Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage an machen dann hat man seine Ruhe aber mein Partner schläft nicht mit Klimaanlage gerne und so hatte ich die ein oder andere etwas weniger erholsame Nacht mit einem Quer liegenden Mann im Bett. Alles in allem ist es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt gewesen für eine Woche. ##### Patrycja K. Toen het weer wat minder was, genoten we van het huisje. De rust bood een fantastische sfeer om te lezen. Zodra de zon zich toonde, was er de natuur rond het huis met de vele bloemen. Bis zur guten Spiaggia Libera in Leccione ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt. Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig steil, wer fahren kann hat aber kein Problem. Die angegebenen 90 qm sind eher optimistisch (kein Wohnzimmer, nur eine kleine Wohnküche). Bei gutem Wetter sitzt man eh auf der sehr schönen Terrasse. Bei Regen oder Kälte fehlt der Wohnraum allerdings. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar sind und ein offenes Ohr für alles haben. Preis/Leistung ist top, gerne wieder. Die Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig steil, aber es lohnt sich, weil man wirklich seine Ruhe dort oben hat. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und das merkte man dann abends an den Temperaturen. Deshalb saßen wir oft auf dem kleinen Sofa in der Küche, weil es kein Wohnzimmer o. Ä. dort gibt. Die steile Auffahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man wird dafür aber mit einem schönen Ausblick und Tocsana Stimmung belohnt. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit und man kann sich auf sie in einem Notfall verlassen. Wir hatten einen Problem mit dem Auto das in eine Werkstatt musste. Das Haus ist soweit in einem altersgerechten Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Haus gelangt man über eine recht gute Straße in ca. 10 Minuten (ab Camaiore). Zum laufen in den Ort eher nicht geeignet. Die letzten 100m sind nur zu Fuß möglich, das Auto parkt eine Serpentine unterhalb des Hauses (mit einem Allrad und entsprechender Bodenfreiheit könnte man bis hoch fahren). Bis zum Meer sind es circa 20 Minuten. Dafür hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Region und kann allem Trouble entfliehen. In der Region gibt es super Ausfligsziele (Trofsteinhölen, Wasserfälle etc.), sodass es nie langweilig wird. Mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen, hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. ##### David R. Wir haben unseren Osterurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht und hatten 2 Hunde dabei. Von Simone, Jennifer's Mann, wurden wir herzlich mit einem Obstkorb, einer Flasche Wein, einer Flasche Wasser und einem Schokokuchen begrüßt. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten und konnten sowohl am Strand, wie auch in den Bergen mit unseren Hunden schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Volterra waren sehr schöne Ausflugsziele, die auch gut zu erreichen sind. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Weg ist zwar heimlich gewöhnungsbedürftig aber der Ausblick von der terasse macht alle Mühen wieder wett. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt, was perfekt war für die Reise mit Hund. Der Garten ist ringsherum eingezäunt, und war für uns als Hundebesitzer perfekt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang zwischen Weinstöcken und Olivenbäumen, direkt an einem tollen Wanderweg. Man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick über ganz Camaiore bis zum Meer. Der Standort bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung: Ausflüge nach Lucca und Florenz, Meer und Strand, Wandern oder einfach nur die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir sind dort von Jennifers Mutter sehr herzlich empfangen worden und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals bedanken.
