Natur pur

Wer absolute Ruhe inmitten der Natur mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge sucht ist hier genau richtig. Achtung: Die Auffahrt ist nur für sehr sichere Autofahrer geeignet, da der Weg zum Haus sehr schmal, sehr sehr steil und schotterig wird. Das Haus ist rustikal, aber mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und für Hundehalter sehr schön.

Wundervoll

Charmantes großzügiges Haus mit allem was man braucht, sehr ruhige isolierte Lage. Die Anfahrt ist sehr eng und kurvig. Der Schlüssel muss in Camaiore geholt werden, die Vermieterin fährt dann voraus. Ohne diesen Service wäre das Haus nicht zu finden. Trotz der einsamen Lage gibt es Strom, Internet und Warmwasser.

Plus jamais!

Jolie maison, propre et isolée MAIS! La description ne permet pas d'imaginer dans quoi on s'embarque! - elle est indiquée à 3km de Camaiore, il serait plus judicieux d'indiquer qu'il faut rouler 25 minutes pour arriver à la maison! - si vous avez une petite voiture légère c'est ok! Mais si vous avez, comme nous, une voiture familiale remplie, il est presque impossible d'accéder à la maison ! Mon mari est très très bon conducteur mais la route est HORRIBLE ! Ultra raide, étroite, sinueuse et longue! Accrochez-vous et n'y pensez pas en pleine nuit! - Communication avec la propriétaire inexistante! Il fallait aller chercher les clés chez eux et non à la maison de location ( comment le deviner ?!?!)... Souci durant la semaine ( nids de frelons sur la terrasse) elle n'a jamais répondu aux messages envoyés !! - impossible de cuisiner le 1er jour ( cuisinière au gaz, aucun briquet fonctionnel ni allumettes à disposition !). - frais supplémentaires non précisés ( pour l'eau chaude !?!?) Elle me fait lire le compteur le dernier jour alors qu'elle ne l'a pas fait le 1er jour et me facture une somme incompréhensible en plus du prix de la location! Une chose est certaine, nous n'y retournerons JAMAIS et vous déconseillons de la louer!

Das Haus selber ist schön und ...

Das Haus selber ist schön und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind deutlich zu weich, ein Brett unter der Matratze schafft Abhilfe. Die Hinweise zur Anfahrt bitte ernst nehmen. Gerade bei Regen sind die letzten 500 Meter nur etwas für geübte Fahrer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen aber nur Italienisch.

Beautifull house with great views

We (couple with 3 children aged 5-10) came back - after we had spend our holliday last year in this house - and had a lovely week again. Both the house and the garden offer a lot af space and beautifull views over the sea and the Appuan Alpes. The house is situated in the cooler hills at a 15 minutes drive over a very small, steap and partly unpaved road and offers real quietness: A great place to come back to after a warm day at the crowded beaches of Lido di Camaiore (40min drive); a visit to bussy Lucca or Pisa (approx 1h drive); a hike in the surrounding hills (starting from the hous itself); or a filling lunch/diner in the restaurant 15min below. Only if you don't mind to be a bit isolated from the busy hubs of Toscany, to drive very steap and small mountain roads, and to do your own dishes (no dishwasher),
