Garten: nicht umzäunt, direkt daneben befindet sich eine landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche. Dazwischen ein Sichtschutz, der eigentlich keiner ist. Dahinter arbeiten täglich mehrere Personen, die in den Garten gucken können. Der "Pool" liegt direkt neben dem Sichtschutz, keine Privatsphäre. Das Grundstück wird als Durchfahrt genutzt. Umgebung: fantastisch. ca. 30 min. bis Pisa, 20 min. bis zum Strand. Berge und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch in der Nähe. Nachbarschaft: Mit Hund katastrophal. Überall kläffen Hunde, einer hat mehrfach versucht, unseren Hund anzufallen. Die Besitzer interessiert das gar nicht, das Hoftor wird ständig offen gelassen, sodass der aggressive Hund frei herumlaufen kann. Auch auf unserem Grundstück war er mehrfach, sodass sich unser Hund irgendwann nicht mehr sicher gefühlt hat. Ausstattung: sehr schlecht. völlig lieblos zusammengestückelt. Schubladen klemmen, Schranktüren gehen kaum auf oder bleiben hängen. Kein vernünftiges Messer in der Küche, Obst und Gemüse mussten mit mitgebrachtem Leatherman geschnitten werden. Die Handtücher passten nicht zusammen und waren nicht sauber. Erst nach Aufforderung wurden Polster für Gartenstühle nachgeliefert. Liegen waren eine Frechheit. Eine gute Liege war da, die andere so klapprig, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnte. Schon am ersten Tag auseinandergebrochen. Für die Liegen wurden auch nach Aufforderung keine Polster vorbeigebracht. Sauberkeit: Beim ersten Durchfegen in der Küche fanden wir Weinkorken und Glassplitter. In der Dusche und im Waschbecken Haare im Abfluss. Kommunikation mit Vermieter: glatte sechs. Am Tag vor der Abreise fragte er nach unserer Abfahrtszeit, weil er die Abnahme durchführen wollte. Wir teilte ihm mit, dass wir früh morgens fahren würden. Er gab an, er müsse arbeiten und könnte deswegen nur abends. Wir hatten den letzten Tag bereits verplant und wollten erst spät wieder zurückkommen. Der Vermieter wollte dann während unserer Abwesenheit ins Haus, was wir ablehnten. Nachdem er die Agentur kontaktierte (Novasol) und uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Hinterlegen des Schlüssels okay sei, kam der Vermieter unangekündigt zu uns, räumte nachmittags die Stühle im Garten weg und bedrängte uns mehr als eine Stunde. Immer wieder versuchte er, ins Haus zu kommen. Wir waren so bedient, dass wir schon am Abend fuhren und im Hotel übernachteten.
