    Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, at the heart of a lush forest ideal for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² house accommodates up to 2 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV with mobile connection sharing.



    Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Enjoy your own private garden, an open terrace, and a barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower offer relaxation. For active guests, there is a playground, table tennis, billiards, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



    You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on site for one car per unit. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is possible for an extra fee.



    Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the house and shared spaces.
