Charming holiday villa with private pool, located in Calpe, Costa Blanca, designed to accommodate 4 people on one floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom.







INSIDE:



This beautiful villa features an open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. The living-dining room has SAT TV/DTT, ceiling fan, air conditioning and access to a small covered terrace with views of the pool. The two bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan, include one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, the villa has a bathroom with a bathtub and a room with a washing machine for greater comfort.







ABROAD:



The plot offers a charming covered terrace ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, with a built-in barbecue available. The rectangular pool, measuring 8x4 meters, has Roman stairs for comfortable access. On the plot, there is parking space for 2-3 vehicles.







LOCATION:



Located in the privileged area of Ortenbach, the villa offers tranquility and proximity to beaches and services. Just 400 meters from the nearest supermarket and 2 kilometers from the sandy beach and restaurants, the villa combines comfort and serenity.







OBSERVATIONS:

Brilliant pool patio and garden

The Villa was great with a small kitchen but the kettle tripped the mains after a few uses so we got our own the Gas ran out but a call to the office had a new cylinder fitted The fixtures over the bath were old and tired you had to hand hold the shower head to get a decent wash and the shower mixer was stuck so a bath was impossible and as the weather cooled and a warm shower became more desirable we felt deprived - all for want of a new mixer unit and shower bracket!! Apart from this we had a great month and the pool is fantastic and the garden area is ideal for the dog and there is no standing water but beware the bitey things when sitting out on all but the windiest days . The check in is made difficult by a lack of parking in town but you maybe lucky or park in shopping centre and walk up
