The property is ideal for up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all located on the lower floor. It also offers a solarium on the upper level, accessible via external stairs. Inside, the villa offers a spacious living-dining room equipped with SAT/TDT TV and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space to relax and spend time together. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a ceramic hob. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with bathtub, as well as two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both also with air conditioning. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine. On the upper level, the solarium is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in complete privacy. Outside, the villa features a private rectangular swimming pool measuring 9x4 metres, equipped with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. Next to the pool there is a room with WC and washbasin, as well as a built-in barbecue perfect for outdoor dining. The property is located in the Los Almendros residential area, a well-connected area close to all amenities.
