    Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with a TV and access to common areas. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and blender. The sleeping area on this level consists of one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. This floor also includes a full independent bathroom equipped with a bathtub.



    TOP FLOOR



    Accessed via an internal staircase, the sleeping area on this level houses three air-conditioned bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, views of the Peñón de Ifach, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower; a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning; and a third bedroom also fitted with two single beds and air conditioning.
