Villa COZUMEL by Abahana Villas
MODERN VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SEA VIEWS. FOR A MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS.
LAYOUT: Divided in two floors, villa COZUMEL offers a mix of modernism and comfort. A staircase takes us to the majestic entrance of the villa, where we find the dining room with a table and six chairs, a sofa and armchairs, as well as a coffee table and a TV. At the end of the corridor we will find the first two bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and the other one with a double bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. From the living room we have access to the big and modern kitchen, equipped with all the appliances required to prepare meals for the whole family. From here we can get to the outside terrace and, at the end of it, you will find the washing machine. A staircase located in the dining room takes us to the upper floor, where we have, on the left, a bedroom with a trundle bed and on the right, a suite bedroom with a double bed as well as a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: The property has enough parking space to park three cars. The pool is very nice and also has sun loungers for sunbathing and resting. Next to the pool there is a pergola with a large table and chairs. We will also find an area equipped with a table and chairs next to the barbecue, to enjoy pleasant meals throughout the day.
SITUATION: Villa Cozumel offers a lot of peace and tranquility. It is located in a quiet street, close to all amenities for a wonderful holiday near the sea.
