LAY OUT: This elegant villa has a modern architecture and a careful interior design project with touches of colonial style in which exclusivity, warmth and comfort are combined in a harmonious and balanced way in all its rooms and its spacious terraces. This exclusive villa of 370 m2 distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase and two large terraces. The main floor consists of a spacious living room with large windows that give access to a big swimming pool of 8 X 4 meters, a modern fully equipped open kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with double beds decorated with exquisite taste and an elegant bathroom with Italian shower. We would highlight the elegance and comfort of the living room that favor relaxed family gatherings. From the same living room you access a beautiful side terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs with a sofa and a barbecue with open mountain views. On the upper floor, which is accessed through ample stairs from the living room, we find a large master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower as well as a large terrace with a comfortable chaise lounge and an ideal balinese bed that is perfect to read a book or enjoy the company of your partner. There is also a second sun terrace with sun loungers with a reverse orientation to the one of the main terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun or shade at any time of the day.
