Downstairs, the villa offers a small lounge with breakfast kitchen, two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a walk-through room with sofa bed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 10 guests on request at an additional cost. On the upper floor, where the main flat is located, there is a large covered terrace, a spacious living/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with access to a patio with dining area and barbecue, two bedrooms, a shower room and a full en-suite bathroom. The pool and sun terrace is also located on this level. The property is fully fenced with automatic driveway gate. There is a car parking space on the enclosed property. Traumhaft schöne und großzügige Villa mit Pool und toll bepflanzten Garten, wunderschönem Panorama-Ausblick auf das Meer und die Skyline der Stadt sowie den Peñón de Ifach. Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Sehr gut und komplett ausgestattete Ferienunterkunft. Auch das Bett war perfekt. Alles sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert! Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht.
