INTERIOR: This villa is composed of the MAIN FLOOR where you will find a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, with access to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the Ifach Rock. An independent fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A spacious bedroom with two single beds and sea views. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, plus a bathroom with bathtub. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a small living-dining room with an open kitchen and two electric hobs and access to the barbecue area. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 4-5 vehicles on the same plot. LOCATION: A short distance of 900 m will allow you to access La Fustera sandy beach and 2.5 km to the sandy beach and promenade of Levante beach.
