Fully equipped: e.g. free wifi, private pool, outdoor shower, beautiful garden, spacious full kitchen, children's toys, bbq, air conditioning, sliding screens, good beds, generous towel package including beach towel. Separate 3rd bedroom with bathroom for more privacy. To control the mosquito population, the garden undergoes 1x/month (May to October) a very effective treatment. Less mosquitoes = more peace and comfort for our guests! In the quiet urbanization Ortembach this charming villa is situated on a plot of 1000 m2\. The house is centrally located in a beautiful and well-kept garden with an illuminated private pool, several terraces and lots of privacy. Also available for long-term rental (longer than 1 month) for which rates are negotiable. You can contact us by mail. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and 1 child up to 2-3 years. For the 7th person, an extra bed can be added in the studio on request. It is light and tastefully decorated. There are a large number of good Dutch books (novels, thrillers etc.) and board games available. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an extra-long King-size bed (180 x 210 cm.). Hairdryer available. The third bedroom (max. 3 beds) with a totally renovated luxury bathroom (2022) is located in the studio in the basement. The studio has its own entrance and can be reached from the outside. If you come with 2 families or older children, the studio offers extra privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning systems (hot / cold) and also equipped with mosquito nets and blackout curtains or shutters. In the winter months the house is centrally heated with a gas-fired central heating system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and a hand blender. Ironing board and steam iron are available. Your safety has also been thought of. There is a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector in the kitchen. In the living room is the digital satellite TV that among others can receive channels from the Netherlands, England, Germany, Belgium and France and more. With the DENON receiver you can listen to your favorite music using Bluetooth. A chromecast is connected to the television which makes possible to download your own subscription as Netflix, You Tube etc. The fireplace makes it extra cozy in the winter. At the large dining table in the dining room, it is not only pleasant dining but you can also use the many board games that you have at your disposal. Both lounge chairs provide the opportunity for a siesta or to read a book. Around the beautiful, illuminated pool there is plenty of room to relax on the sun beds or to roast a fish on the bbq. You can also use a lovely outdoor shower (hot / cold). On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view, see the Penon d 'Ifach and watch the stars in the evening. Before your arrival you will receive the information booklet and directions to Casa Prudentia by mail. You will be welcomed at the Casa by Sonia, our enthusiastic hostess. Sonia will show you around the house. She is fluent in Spanish, German and English. The beds are made for you on arrival. For the record: Smoking is not allowed in the house. No pets No parties Deposit €400,00 Baby cot (60x120cm) changing mat, baby chair etc. €5/day Extra bed in studio €30/day. Wifi and water consumption are included. Electricity consumption: The rental price includes an amount for the use of electricity, depending on the number of guests and the number of days. If the consumption is exceeded, the landlord may deduct the excess from the deposit. The settlement price is € 0.45/kWh. Energy costs (winter) period 1 November-1 April: Energy costs for electric, gas and water are charged according to consumption. An advance payment will be charged for the consumption of gas (heating), electricity and water, which must be paid on site. At the end of the rental period, the remaining credit will be refunded. The property manager was local and very helpful, always on call for advice if needed.Small supermarket 5 minutes away with a daily fresh bakery. Large Lidl supermarket was a 15 minute walk and a 7 euro taxi ride back.Local beach was a 25 minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Diese Liegenschaft wird von einem Ehepaar tadellos unterhalten. Der Pool ist sauber wird auch dementsprechend gut unterhalten. Es gibt von diesem Haus nur gutes zu berichten, aber, vis a vis gibt es ein Haus welches an eine Gruppe junger Deutscher vermietet wurde, unschön was da abging, aber es muss nicht immer so sein. Communication between the owner and I before travelling was excellent and we were provided with a large amount of information ahead of travelling about the local area and information about the villa. Maria met us at the villa on our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful, she provided us with taxi numbers and gave advice about the local area. Maria made us feel welcome and encouraged us to contact her if there were any issues during our stay (there wasnt). The villa itself was very clean and well maintained, there were plenty of towels for the beach and for use within the villa (no need to bring your own). There were some toys provided for our daughter which was a lovely touch. The outside area was exceptional with bbq facilities, plenty of sun loungers and a number of umbrellas which were needed at this time of year. The pool was immaculately clean and was cleaned twice during our stay. Our family had a lovely stay and we would not hesitate in returning to this beautiful area. The Old Town is definitely worth a visit for anyone visiting for the first time. Wij hebben hier van 15 oktober 2018 tot 15 april 2019 gewoond. Het is een prettige woning en leuk ingericht. De keuken heeft alles wat men nodig heeft en voor de regenachtige dagen is er een kast vol boeken van diverse genres. Ook de kinderen zijn niet vergeten want er zijn genoeg kleur- en tekenboeken, kleurpotloden en niet te vergeten allerlei spelletjes. Als er al een probleempje was dan werd dat snel en adequaat opgelost via de hostess of rechtstreeks met de eigenaresse. De woning ligt gunstig t.o.v. supermarkten en het strand. Een perfecte vakantiewoning, voorzien van alle gemakken! Op enkele minuten van het gezellige plaatsje Calp (markt, shops, restaurants, boulevard en zandstrand). Het huis is schoon, biedt veel privacy, het is er heerlijk rustig en het is fantastisch om zo vanuit het huis in het zwembad te springen en daarna heerlijk af te spoelen onder een prachtige buitendouche. In het linnenpakket zelfs strandlakens en voor iedereen een ligstoel. Een locatie om te relaxen, urenlang te borrelen en te genieten. Located outside the village but really near beaches and village if you want to go there by foot. Supermarket available round the corner. Garden is well taken care of and gives you that extra sense of luxury. Keyholder is very friendly and makes you feel at ease upon arrival so our holiday feelings started upon arrival. The terrace has a few spots with umbrellas and chairs, so no need to drag things from one place to another. All is taken care of. The interior of the house is really nice with enough luxury to give you the extra feel of being spoilt. On the other hand you feel at home when entering. Afgelopen wintermaanden hebben wij doorgebracht in Casa Prudentia. De villa is ruim en is goed gelegen , leuk en netjes ingericht. Rustige omgeving en toch niet ver van centrum en strand. Moderne audio en video apparatuur aanwezig. Alles wat men nodig heeft is aanwezig. Zeer grote supermarkt op ca 1 km afstand.
