Saona Villas offers you this pleasant villa for 4 people with private swimming pool and a lovely panoramic view of the sea. NB: Only the upper floor is for rent, the ground floor remains closed, private and unoccupied during stays.

The villa is located in the Ortembach urbanization, quiet urbanization, close to the beaches, the center of Calpe and all services. The living space is approximately 70 m² and the fenced plot with garden is approximately 700 m².

Inside (upstairs - approximately 19 steps): Living / dining room (with TV and exit to the covered terrace). Independent and equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 bathroom. 1 double bedroom (with a double bed, exit to the terrace). 1 bathroom adjoining one of the bedrooms.

Equipment: Iron. Hair dryer. Washing machine.

Outside: Private swimming pool 7.5 x 4 m (free-form with Roman staircase). Outdoor shower and portable barbecue. 1 garage space and open parking for 1 vehicle.
