Marta is located on the ninth floor, there is an elevator, and you enter a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining table, TV + SAT sofa and air conditioning. A large glazed balcony with terrace furniture and beautiful views of the sea and the Ifach Rock. The apartment is south facing, so it gets the sun until late afternoon. There is a double room and a complete bathroom. There is also a community pool for the entire building. It does not have a parking space.
