Located in a quiet area of the Maryvilla urbanization in Calpe. A quiet villa complex known for its views and charm, situated about 3km from the centre of Calpe, on land extending from the sea's edge. It is characterized by its splendid coves where you can practice different water sports. It is only 10 min from the sandy beach and city centre. This villa is located near tennis courts, diving schools and restaurants. Around it, you can enjoy forests and beautiful panoramic views.
Calpe is 60 km from Alicante Airport and can be reached in 40 minutes by A7 Motorway by car. You have all possibilities for sports: windsurfing, sailing, tennis, hiking, diving, fishing and many other activities. If you are a hiking lover, you can climb the Peñón de Ifach where you will enjoy nature and incredible views that you will never forget. There is also a children's fair for the little ones to enjoy. Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, bien localisée. Les points négatifs sont que le mobilier pour s'assoir n'est pas confortable autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. L'activité du restaurant est bruyante le matin. Malgré cela un très bon séjour.
