A very peaceful location with easy access to all amenities. There is a panoramic view of Calpe, the sea, and the famous Peñon de Ifach from Juanjos´s balcony, whilst the villa is set in an extensive terraced garden bordered by trees and shrubs, with a kidney-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, and shaded outside dining area. Inside, the house is furnished in a bright style and is well equipped. This villa is a two-story holiday home. All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, with steps from the parking area and further steps leading down to the pool area. A large first floor affording the most fabulous panoramic views.Lounge/dining room with fireplace, Sat+TV+DVD. The kitchen is well equipped and a utility room with a washing machine. There is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
