### INMOWEAVER 1F MII 1st line of the beach with views

This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor, which is actually a second since there is a middle floor. It has a bedroom with a 135 cm wide mattress, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a mirror. A living room with a comfortable sofa that becomes a bed, television, dining table with chairs and a kitchenette with crockery, a small fridge and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with top opening shower and washing machine. The terrace is the best part of the apartment, if we forget about the comfortable sofa-bed and the bed itself, views of the sea from any part of the apartment (except from the bathroom). You can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning under the protection of the awning, a little wine at sunset or relax listening to the waves of the sea before going to sleep.  
Near the building we find cafeterias, small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and shops. Without forgetting that it is 5 minutes from the entrance of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park, symbol of the Costa Blanca. Also highlight the stops and typical restaurants in the port area which is also 5 minutes away. To go to the town you can use the bus with a nearby stop (2 minutes) and avoid taking the car or walking (35 minutes walking along a pleasant promenade).
