Building built in 2005 and located on the 2nd line of La Fossa beach. It is divided into 2 portals and has 22 floors. It has 3 spacious elevators prepared for disabled access, for up to 8 people.  
The building is southeast facing and has frontal views of the sea.  
It has a very spacious community area with a playground, an area with benches, and a pool that has ramp access.
