It has a nice terrace with sea views. The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board... It has capacity for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment.
