The combination of elegance and comfort makes this the perfect place to stay whether you are visiting with a large group or traveling with the kids.The open concept is perfect for vacationing families who want to spend time together! The main level features a kitchen with prep island, breakfast and dining areas, and a comfortable living area with plenty of comfortable seating, free WiFi and a smart TV. The open living space is located steps from the porch and pool deck, which offers easy acces to the pool. Complete with an array of dining and lounge seating plus a gas grill – perfect for outdoor entertainment and al fresco dining. Also enjoy the beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea! On this level you will find the first bathroom and bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.The second level features an spacious master suite with a double bed, walk in closet air conditioning and a luxury bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There are also 3 more bedrooms on this floor, all with double beds and air conditioning. In the hallway you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.When you walk down into the garden you will find an extra apartment. It has a living room with a small kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. And a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. There is a table tennis table and a football table here for extra fun!For extra comfort you can use the washing machine! The gate opens with remote control and there is parking on private property. So Casa con Vista is the perfect vacation and will instantly become your home away from home!Please note:1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 12 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.5: You rent a private accommodation. #### The house was genius in its design, super smartly laid out.
Our stay in Calpe was truly amazing. The house was genius in its design, super smartly laid out, and offered a breathtaking view. It had a perfect balance of atmosphere and modern style, making it both cozy and contemporary. A place we would love to return to! However, the beds were quite hard and felt cheap, and the kitchen could really use new pans. But thats minor.

Foto's op de website geven alles heel goed weer, je herkent gelijk alles. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Van het zwembad is veel gebruik van gemaakt. Het was een geweldige week.

Casa con Vista maakt zijn naam geheel waar her uitzicht is fantastisch! De villa is luxe, schoon en ligt rustig. De voorzieningen zijn erg goed. De communicatie met Anthony en zijn collega's was prettig en snel.. Kortom, een heerlijke vakantieweek in dit prachtige huis!
