El Tosal is a beautiful, comfortable terraced house "Junio" with two storeys, located 600 m from the sea and the beach in Calpe, Spain. The vacation rental property offers a shared swimming pool (15 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm) with internal staircase, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, it features a private angular swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 140 - 170 cm). Internet Wifi and parking at the house are available.

Unit Layout
You can expect a 4-room terraced house with an area of 75 square meters spread over two levels. The house features a bright and comfortable living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and digital TV. There is also an exit from the living/dining room leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Tassimo coffee capsules. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the ground floor.
Amenities Included
The property comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Internet access is provided via WiFi, which is complimentary. Heating is available from November 1st to April 30th. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace furniture and deck chairs, perfect for relaxing during your vacation.

The upper floor features three bedrooms, providing ample space for a family or group. One room has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, while the other two rooms each have two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.
