Défauts du logement non précisés sur l'annonce du bien loué : 1/La porte de douche est mal agencée, vous ne pouvez même pas l'ouvrir à moitié pour entrer et sortir car elle est bloquée par les WC. 2/ la climatisation nous a embêté durant tout notre séjour, quand elle est allumé une bouteille d'eau se remplit sur le balcon qu'il faut vider nous même (remplie en 2h).. sinon débordement qui va chez les voisins.. on a loué un autre appartement pour un parent dans la même résidence, la climatisation ne nécessitait pas une telle galère de devoir vider une grosse bouteille.. donc obligés de la couper la nuit alors qu'il faisait super chaud.. 3/les plombs électriques mal installés (si vous allumez la clim et que vous utiliser une plaque ou lancer la lave linge le disjoncteur saute). On ne peut même pas lancer 2 plaques en même temps pour faire à manger.. en 2 semaines ils ont ont sauté au moins 15 fois... 4/ télécommande de la clim laissée avec piles en fin de vie 5/ des ampoules grillés 6/ des coussins très bas de gamme 7/ la réglage du thermostat de la Douche mal montée (on le bouge à peine et l'eau devient bouillante) notre petit de 4 ans en a fait les frais malheureusement donc faites très attention à régler l'eau pour eux.. très déçu vu le prix et le peu d'attention des propriétaires pour leur locataires ##### Eloise s. Unas vistas preciosas que se disfrutan mucho desde la terraza que está muy bien equipada. Aparcamiento gratis con zona blanca en una de las calles enfrente del portal y un amplio descampado de tierra a menos de 2 minutos del apartamento.
