Par rapport à la description : - appartement fumeur, forte odeur de tabac à notre arrivée, difficile pour des non fumeurs comme nous, odeur tenace plusieurs jours durant. - le parking est en option (payante), il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif, mais pas de souci pour se garer dans la rue en janvier. A propos des éléments et ustensiles de cuisine : voir à faire un tri et les renouveler (poêles usées , assiettes fendues ...). A propos du chauffage : le radiateur bain d'huile sur roulettes dans la pièce n'est pas adapté. Immeuble peu insonorisé : voisin du 3éme au dessus bruyant, travaux au 7éme étage (burin/marteau pour faire sauter le carrelage et le plafond).
