The UPPER FLOOR welcomes you with a spacious living-dining room, adorned with SAT/TDT TV, from which you can access a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the majestic Rock of Ifach. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, adds practicality to your stay, accompanied by a toilet for greater comfort. The GROUND FLOOR houses two cozy air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this level, creating a relaxing environment for your well-being.   
  
ABROAD:   
  
Enjoy the serenity in our large 13x8 meter community pool, equipped with a metal ladder and a refreshing outdoor shower. In addition, your vehicle will have an exclusive parking space.

This apartment, without a doubt, is the perfect choice for those who want to take advantage of the proximity to the beach and shops without having to rely on a vehicle. Just 400 meters away, you will discover a beautiful cove, and 1.4 km away, the sandy beach awaits you to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
