Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and shops. The well-maintained apartment building has a large communal pool, children's pool, lift, gym, tennis court and underground parking. The apartment on the 10th floor offers a living/dining room with sofa bed, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. The living room and bedroom have access to a large covered terrace with beautiful sea views. The apartment is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, satellite TV, free WiFi and hairdryer.
