Enjoy the sunrise over the sea on the terrace and the unique view to the symbol of Calpe, the "Peñon de Ifach". The tastefully furnished flat of 78 m² can accommodate up to 4 persons and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, a bright living-dining room and a covered terrace with incomparable sea views. The flat is located in a quiet and very well maintained apartment building with terrace and communal pool. Through the access to the garden you have the possibility to go directly to the promenade and the beach. The accommodation disposes of two lifts, parking place in the garage (included in the rent), community pool, central air-conditioning hot/cold, Internet connection (WLAN), satellite TV in Spanish, English, German and French, furnished and equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, iron/board, hairdryer and much more. The flat is situated 80 m from the sandy beach "Playa de La Fossa", here you will find numerous restaurants, nice cafés and bars. 350 m to the "Restaurante La Regata", 600 m to the supermarket "Mercadona", Cosum and many other shops, 1,5 km to the marina "Club Náutico de Calpe", 1,5 km to the "Parque Natural del Peñón de Ifach", 2 km to the natural park "Las Salinas", 1 km to the public bus stop, 4 km to the bus station of Calpe, 3 km to the city centre, 4 km to the old town of Calpe, 10 km to the golf course "Club de golf Ifach", 12 km to the town "Benissa", 15 km to the town "Altea", 25 km to the water park "Aqualandia", 25 km to "Fuentes de l'Algar", 28 km to the town "Benidorm", 32 km to the amusement park "Terra Mítica", 34 km to the town "Denia", 68 km to the train station of Alicante, 80 km to the airport of Alicante, 129 km to the airport of Valencia. It had everything we could need including extras like beach towels and shower gel. The location is perfect- magnificent view of the sea and Peñón, close to restaurants and bars but very quiet and peaceful. Richard gave us a fantastic welcome and introduction to the apartment so we had no worries. We will definitely return.
