1 bedroom apartment with amazing sea views, 50 meters from Arenal beach. Very close to the city center, restaurants and bars and Calpe's very bubbly promenade. Unbeatable location. The complex has a communal swimming pool for adults and one for children, as well as tennis court. WIFI available. 1 sofa bed in the living room, open plan kitchen (no dishwasher available). Air con throughout the flat (hot/cold). Ideal for those who enjoyed beautiful sea views and seek some tranquility.
