Just 3 km from the stunning beaches and charming town of Calpe, this property offers a tranquil retreat with panoramic views of the sea and the majestic Peñón de Ifach. Only 90 meters away, you'll find the renowned Michelin-starred Orobianco restaurant. The private plot features a sliding gate and space to park up to 3 cars. The villa is spread over two floors: on the main level, adjacent to the parking area, you'll find the living-dining room, a modern kitchen, a porch with dining and chillout areas, the master bedroom with en-suite shower, and a guest toilet.
