"This is a very well run resort with friendly helpful staff, great food and luxurious surroundings including a white sand beach and several pools. There are plenty of activities like watersports, golf, tennis and paddel and a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of live cover bands performing every evening. Food and drink is expensive so the all inclusive option is a good one. "

"Récemment revenu de deux semaines mémorables en juillet, nous avons passé nos vacances à l’île Maurice, à l’hôtel Solana Beach. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux : toute l’équipe a été à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner et dîner étaient servis à l’heure, avec un service attentionné qui anticipait chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons également profité des soins au Ylang Spa, où des professionnelles telles qu’Usha, Kaelyna et Vima, aux mains expertes, ont rendu chaque massage mémorable. "We travelled from Australia and stayed at this beautiful hotel in Mauritius, let me tell you hands down this is one of the best hotels I have been to with breathtaking sea views, private beach, beautifully unique designed hotel and best five star in class service. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a friendly smile. All the staff were very helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to the reception staff and management for helping us plan our days accordingly to what we liked. Thank you to security at the front of the hotel for your exceptional service and friendly smiles each day. There is one highlight that we will never forget which is the dine in at the Tek Tek restaurant with our own private chef. The six course menu was inspired by the islands rich culture and let me tell you the food was on another level with the combination of flavours the dishes were perfection. Each dish was made with love from the Chef. Thank you Chef Shiva and Helper Karan for the most wonderful night and dine in experience you both made our experience staying at Mauritius incredible.
