This charming, authentic Spanish village house offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, nestled between the impressive Sierra de Bernia mountains and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Spread over three floors (160 m²), the house is stylishly decorated and features a rooftop terrace and three balconies. The spacious rooms are filled with traditional Spanish details and have been lovingly furnished. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Callosa D'Ensarria is a genuine Spanish village just a 5-minute drive from the Algar waterfalls, where you can swim, 10 minutes from a public pool, and 15 minutes from Altea and the beach.



On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room with a large corner sofa, TV, Wi-Fi (fiber internet), a spacious dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, and toaster. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed and beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Both bedrooms have an adjoining sitting area with a sofa bed and an extra dining area. A washing machine, second fridge, and coffee maker are available.



The entire house has Wi-Fi, made-up beds, clean linens, and towels. Pets are allowed upon request. Air conditioning and heating are present in all rooms. The house is lovingly decorated.
