The house is surrounded by a 400sqm fenced and secluded garden in the south. The house is about 80 square meters, has a broad ground floor with open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs is a floor with 2 bedrooms. There is a TV with digital TV and seven German channels, DVD player, wireless internet, microwave, kettle, oven, Senseo and normal coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Central heating below and above. In the barn there is a wagon. Binding taxes & fees: \- Refundable deposit € 100, booking costs € 10, tourist tax € 1.25 per night, per person. This amount is due upon arrival. For children under 1 years it is not payable. \- The rental price is incl. Electricity, water, heating and WIFI \- The tourist tax is 1,28 € per person per night (> 1 years old) \- When you pick up the key you have to pay the final cleaning costs (65 € contant), but you receive a compensation of 15 € on the final cleaning (processed in the rent), \- 100 € deposit is charged directly and after the holiday you again in case of missing shortages \- bring along towels, tea towels and duvets (quilts are present in the house). Sheets can be rented on the day of arrival (if the office is open, not on Sundays and bank holidays). Es hat einen großen Garten. Das Erdgeschoss ist relativ geräumig, aber das Dachgeschoss, wo 4 Kinder schlafen können, ist sehr eng. Es heizt sich bei gutem Wetter auf und man kann schlecht lüften, weil die Fenster sich nicht ganz öffnen lassen. Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter, so dass die Kinder nachts von Mücken gestochen wurden. Die Treppe nach unten ist sehr steil, nichts für kleine Kinder.Einiges am Haus müsste renoviert werden. Toll ist, dass man 5 Fahrräder dazu mieten kann, darunter sogar ein Kinderfahrrad.Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub. ##### Stefanie N. Das Kochgeschirr ist ausreichend, und der Toaster hat, zu unserer Freude, das Jahr überlebt. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig - v.a. abends auf der Terrasse. Den Supermarkt um die Ecke gibt es noch, jetzt im Haupthaus. Wie im letzten Jahr war auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Terpstra, dem Vermieter, unkompliziert und zügig. Dazu gehört auch noch ein Spielplatz. Zum Strand sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Der Ort ist sehr klein aber im Nachbarort Callantsoog gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein toller Bauernladen ist aber direkt um die Ecke. Etwas schwierig ist die sehr steile Treppe im Häuschen und schade ist auch, dass alles schon etwas heruntergekommen wirkt. ##### Kevin D. Dieses Ferienhäuschen liegt sehr ruhig gelegen und ist mit dem dem Fahrrad nur 5 min von dem wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche schöne Unternehmungen. Herrlich waren auch die blühenden Felder in der Umgebung. Herr Terpstra war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die alten Fahrräder im Gartenhäuschen waren sehr praktisch , um schnell an den Strand zu fahren. Im Häuschen war alles da, was wir brauchten. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Wunderbar war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse oder der kurze Weg mit dem Bollerwagen zum Strand. Auch wenn das Haus etwas in denJahre gekommen ist, hat es nichts von sein Charme verloren. Die Lage in dem kleinen Bungalowpark mit viel Grün war auch sehr angenehm ##### Antje G. Een prima huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Het park is zeer rustig en dichtbij het strand. Contact met de eigenaar ging heel soepel. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. ##### David C. Die zwei Kinder Schlafräume sind nur über eine sehr steile Treppe erreichbar, für ältere Leute nicht möglich. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist in Ordnung. ##### Ralf M. Für Kinder ist wirklich alles da. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Dennoch müssten einige Dinge im und am Haus erneuert werden. Sehr netter Vermieter. ##### Corinna B. Bei uns hat es leider überwiegend geregnet. Die Gartenhütte sieht auf den Fotos größer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Wir konnten dort 1 Fahrrad unterstellen. 2 weitere Fahrräder standen draußen im Garten und haben wegen des Regens Rost angesetzt. Auch wenn das Ferienhaus nicht mehr flammneu ist, so ist doch alles vorhanden was für eine gemütliche Zeit benötigt wird. Bücher, Spiele, TV, Musikbox, Kücheneinrichtungen....es fehlt an nichts! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt....und das mit 3 Teenagern:-) ##### Christian R. ---
