  • Welcome to our 4 season lake house!
    Right on the Shores of lake Nipissing

    Wake up and wander through the tall pines to your Private beach with incredible views of the lake, stay and play all day, enjoy the lake with either the kayaks or Canoe….and end your day with your fav beverage and taking in the most incredible sunset.

    - Marina (2 min away) w/ boat rentals

    The space
    Our lake house is located off of Hwy 11 in the small community of Callander, Only 3 hrs away from Toronto, 1 hr 40mins from Parry Sound and 30 mins from North Bay, central to everything cottage country has to offer!

    There are 3 Bedrooms; 1 on the main floor (Queen bed) , 2 on the upper level (Master: Queen Bed & 2nd Room: 1 Double Bunk bed) as well as a a bunk room in the basement ( 2 Queens beds), and can accommodate 8-12 guests.

    A wood burning stove will keep you cozy on chilly nights

    A child-friendly Sandy beach for all to enjoy!

    - towels & Pillows ( linens/blankets are NOT included but can be added on for an extra charge)

    - UV water filtration system provides all water to the house

A beautiful and quiet location, lots of parking, every kitchen appliance imaginable. Private beach with lots of seating. Tons of firewood available. A very nice stay altogether.
