The Space:

🏡 This newly built (January 2024) one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a private balcony is located in Riomaggiore, one of Cali's premier short-term rental buildings, in the exclusive Santa Teresita neighborhood.



The apartment offers a total of 49 m² (527 sq ft), including the balcony, providing a bright and comfortable space to relax.



The bedroom features a high-quality queen-size bed with direct access to the balcony. It is equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV with access to all major streaming apps, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.



The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for one adult or up to two children.



The spacious private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy Cali's warm climate, unwind with a good book, or share snacks and drinks with someone special.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, blender, and all the essential cooking utensils you'll need during your stay.



For your convenience, the apartment also includes a safe for your valuables, as well as an iron and ironing board.



Stay connected with a 200 MB fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection, with access to Ethernet ports for a fast and reliable internet experience.



A convenient in-unit 2-in-1 washer and dryer is available and located in the hallway closet.

Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged with at least one day's notice. The service includes a full apartment cleaning, as well as fresh sheets and towels.



The swimming pool is located on the 4th floor and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. If Monday is a public holiday, maintenance will take place on Tuesday instead.



For added peace of mind, the building is equipped with an electric backup generator and a water reserve tank, ensuring uninterrupted access to essential utilities throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Once you book the apartment, you'll have the entire place to yourself. You're welcome to have visitors during your stay, provided that all house rules are respected. Please remember that every visitor must be registered with the building's security staff upon arrival.



Building Visitor Policy



All visitors must register at the front desk with building security. A maximum of 2 visitors per reservation is permitted, and all visitors must leave the building by 11:00 PM.



Please note that visitors are not permitted to use the building's common amenities, including the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym.



The Neighborhood:

Santa Teresita is one of Cali's most desirable residential neighborhoods, ideally located near the Cali Zoo and adjacent to the vibrant El Peñón hotel and dining district.



Just a few blocks away, you'll find Super A supermarket, with Baraka Ancestral Bakery located upstairs. Also nearby are other local favorites, including El Molino Bakery and Calathea Ice Cream.



Traveling with family? Crepes & Waffles, a popular family-friendly restaurant, is just two blocks away next to the Hampton by Hilton hotel.



The La Tertulia Museum and Cali's iconic Cat Park are only a 10-minute walk from the building. From there, you can continue along the river to the Boulevard del Río and the beautiful Ermita Church.



The charming colonial neighborhood of San Antonio is also nearby, just behind the InterContinental Hotel. With so many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and cultural landmarks within walking distance, you'll have plenty to discover during your stay.



Getting Around:

During the day, we recommend exploring the area on foot whenever possible. Enjoy Cali's warm, year-round climate, discover the city's charm, and experience everything the neighborhood has to offer.



For longer trips, Cali has more than 20,000 taxis that are both convenient and affordable, with fares starting at 4,000 pesos. You can also use ride-hailing services such as Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali, and Didi. Public buses are widely available throughout the city, although they can become quite crowded.



In the evening, we recommend using a taxi or a ride-hailing service such as Uber or Didi for a comfortable and convenient way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Reservation Policy



Please note that reservations are non-transferable. Once this apartment has been booked, the reservation cannot be moved to another apartment or unit.



Registration



In accordance with Colombian law, all guests staying at the property must present a valid photo ID. A signed rental agreement is also required prior to check-in.



The apartment is located in the residential building Riomaggiore City Tower, which has a staffed reception and 24/7 security. While we manage the apartment, the building is administered independently and requires its own registration process for all guests.



Upon arrival, you must first register your group at the reception desk and present identification. For first-time guests staying at Riomaggiore, the building will create a photo profile for each guest as part of its security system, similar to the registration process at a private club or gym.



During your stay, reception staff may ask you to present identification whenever you enter or leave the building. We recommend carrying a valid ID with you at all times.



Building Access for External Visitors (Effective May 1, 2026)



Riomaggiore has implemented a building-wide visitor access policy.



Guests included in the reservation may enter the building at no additional cost.



External visitors are required to purchase a day pass for COP 25,000 per person, per day. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.



The day pass is issued by the building administration and includes access to the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. Payment can be made at the reception by cash, QR code, or bank transfer.



Please note that this policy is established by the building administration and is not managed by us as your host.



Medical Tourists



If you will be undergoing a medical procedure during your stay, please let us know in advance. Any damage to bed linens or towels resulting from medical treatments will be charged accordingly.



Airport Transportation



If you need transportation from the airport, we'd be happy to help. We work with several highly rated professional drivers who can arrange a comfortable transfer to the property. They will assist with your luggage and can also make one stop of up to 15 minutes at a supermarket, ATM, or another convenient location on the way. Since they are familiar with the property, you'll arrive without any hassle.



Electronic Invoice



We provide a legally compliant electronic invoice for the amount paid in Colombian pesos. The invoice meets all local tax requirements and may be used to support eligible business expense deductions.



Interruption in Utilities & Tropical Conditions:



This is the tropics, and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet may experience occasional interruptions. These situations are completely beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. Fortunately, the building is equipped with a backup water tank and an emergency power generator.



Additionally, due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter insects such as ants or mosquitoes. While we take preventive measures to minimize their presence, they are a natural part of the environment and may occasionally be seen during your stay.
