These situations are completely beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. Fortunately, the building is equipped with a backup water tank and an emergency power generator.



Additionally, due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter insects such as ants or mosquitoes. While we take preventive measures to minimize their presence, they are a natural part of the environment and may occasionally be seen during your stay.
