Cannot say enough about staff EVERYONE was Great and helpful and room was spacious even had a safe. Cons- there was a film of dirt in closet, had to use sani wipes to be able to put clothes down. Although there are shops and restaurants nearby, the hotel sits at the top of a hill which makes it difficult for an elderly person. The wifi had very weak signal and it kept dropping connection. Shuttle is not free The shuttle is not free and you have to pay per person and not the room. Stayed in the suite and the space was fantastic. Bed and pillows were super sorry firm which I love.
