  • Located in an attractive village of Arco da Calheta, situated in the south west of the island, the "VENIK HOUSE" was rebuilt in 2017 thinking about the well being and comfort of its guests.

    The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a pantry, fully equipped, and there is an open parking as well.
    It is possible to put a cot in one of the rooms.
    There is also a balcony that includes a barbecue.

    You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun from sunrise to go down, it provides a relaxing setting overlooking the mountains and the sea.

    It's located just a few minutes from all the amenities, like supermarket, bakery, cafes, restaurants, health care, hair dresser, bank, ATM, and also easy access to sea.
    The marina and the golden sandy Calheta Beach are 5 minutes drive away.
