LRT is just down the street for easy access to the downtown core or Chinook Centre. Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colours may differ from the photo. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster).  Smart TV, Netflix and wifi. Washer and dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access 1 parking spot is provided for our guests for free.  Guests have access to the Gym. Other details to note \- ATTENTION: according to Calgary STR regulations max capacity of the apartment is 4 Adults. \- Pets ARE NOT allowed in the building. If you arrive with pets concierge will not allow you to enter. No refund will be provided in this case. \- This is an ADULT ONLY residence, children are not allowed on the premises. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an anti fraud measure. \*\*\*Deposit\*\*\* All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
