This fully private basement suite comes with an independent side-door entrance, which leads directly through the garage. this quiet, roomy space is perfect for travellers seeking full privacy and comfort without feeling cramped. The bedroom and living room are full heated; your are dedicated private bathroom is equipped with under floor heating, a shower, toilet and vanity sink for your exclusive use only. and exclusive access to the laundry room inside utility room, only for guest use. you will have full access to spacious downstair living room with fireplace and heating. The downstair living space contains a few personal belongings of us; we will only enter briefly to retrieve item when guest are away, and never occupy or disturb this area during you stay. ensuring you complete privacy and independence throughout your trip. Guests are welcome to use backyard deck and BBQ grill for outdoor dining and relaxation. Please note that the separate Kitchen is currently unavailable, Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen on the main floor.
