APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF CALELLA, 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH AND NEXT TO THE MAIN SHOPPING STREET. FREE WI-FI.   
  
· Furnished apartment, located in the centre of Calella, Costa de Barcelona.   
  
· Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and only 1 minute from the main shopping street, Església Street.   
  
Perfect apartment for couples.

· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.   
  
. Deposit of 200 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.   
  
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.   
  
Cleaning:   
  
. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.   
  
Keys:   
  
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.   
  
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.   
  
Rules:   
  
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.   
  
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.   
  
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.   
  
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.   
  
IMPORTANT:   
  
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.   
  
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.   
  
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.   
  
. No beach towels are provided.

- ![Let me preface these discoveries by saying that I ended up in Calella haphazardly. It is not necessarily a town that I would generally recommend. It is not your traditional Spanish/Catalan dream destination. It very much looks like something the 70's spit out and no one ever bothered to clean up.  
With that said, I freaking love this little freakish town, which I quickly & affectionately nicknamed "The Twilight Zone."  
The strangest occurrences happened throughout the month, yes MONTH, I lived in Calella.  
Apparently since the 70's, Calella, was a booming tourist destination for Western Europeans and the British. It has been on a massive decline over the past decade. What's left behind though are some fun Dutch and English/Irish pubs, a small welcoming expat community, and one of the most incredible beaches you will ever lay your eyes on.  
Beautiful clean white sand for miles and crystal clear turquoise water. Parties & bars on the beach, some free concerts in the summer time and of course drinking it allowed as well.  
If you happen to find yourself here, you must stop in at Beach Boys Club, tell the owners, Brian & Cathy, that Amber sent you. Then hit up Brian for his secret stash of American imported Budweiser (Did you know the bottled stuff is always produced in country? Brian believes the secrets in the water, so he gets the cans from the US. Brian is British, which makes this little story even better.)

#### Lovely little flat. Perfect space for a couple for a trip.

Nice location, easy to find and get around the town. The balcony is beautiful and very quite and peaceful. Was a bit chilly in the evening, but we found a heater in the end so it was fine!

#### Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und hell.

Sie ist in der Nähe vom Strand und man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen ( Bus, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermärkte). Einen Bus, der direkt nach Barcelona fährt gibt es 2 Minuten von der Unterkunft.

Квартира кажется немного меньше в реальности, чем на фотографиях, но это никак не портит впечатление. Расположение отличное! Город замечательный ! Море супер, народа мало. Магазины вокруг на любой вкус , очень много лавок, есть рынок. Вообще замечательное место.
