We are located in the old center of Calella, a fishing village and point of reference in the Maresme region with the best leisure and gastronomy proposals in the whole region. Perfect for Ironman Barcelona
Thank you Joan for a wonderful stay. The apparmtnet was perfect for the Ironman weekend, an excellent location and great roof terrace. We would stay here again if returning.

Fab family holiday
The apartment was perfect for our family (2adults 2kids). The beautiful and clean apartment was an ideal size with a well equipped kitchen, diner and living room combination. There was a Double bed in a room upstairs for the adults and a bunk beds in the room down stairs for the kids. The terrace was just as amazing as the picture show, a great place to chillout and soak up the sun or get some shade. Our toddler loved watching the trains and boats go by. The apartment was very safe and secure, and an ideal location, a very short walking to distance to the local shops, train station, the beach and plenty of playgrounds around town. Calella is a great town, plenty of friendly restaurants, cafes, bars and nice shops. I’d recommend restaurant La Roda which was a hit with the kids. The Wednesday market in Pineda De Mar was great for local fresh food. Park Dalmau to the north of the town, also walking distance, is great for the kids if you need a break from the beach. It’s also an easy train ride to Barcalona for a day trip. All round a great apartment in a lovely town. Well recommended.

Vacances parfaites magnifique inoubliable
Que dire ou par où commencer, tout était parfait, l’appartement nickel et conforme aux descriptions, tout y est il ne manque rien tout est propre confortable, des oreillers à gogo et d’excellente qualité, et la terrasse mon dieu on aurait dit une maison individuelle tellement spacieuse avec table à manger salon de jardin chaises longues végétation et fleurs; que pouvons nous dire : c’était parfait on vivait dans cette terrasse on passait la majeure partie de notre temps dedans sans oublier la douches extérieur qui est d’une grande aide. Ah oui j’oubliais l’ascenseur privé qui va jusqu’à l’appartement!! La classe!! La plage aussi est top, il y’a le phare à voir, pleins d’activités aquatiques, aussi des calanques superbes dans les environs, water world just à côté et plein de magasins pour le shopping. Je remercie Joan pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme on espère y retourner. Je suis sure que j’oublie des choses tellement c’était topissime

Ultra relaxed and safe location
O On Arival Lidia was waiting for us to give us the grand tour. We had a big “ski-box” with us which we planned to store on the roof terrace. Unfortunately id was slightly to big to fit in the elevator. To not have it carry it 3 levels up, Joan the owner immediately let us store it in his private storage area. We immediately found that we brought to much stuff. Everything you need in an apartment is present. Bedlinen and towels, sure. But also everything you need to keep everything clean. Not just for the apartment, dishes and laundry, but also yourself. Shampoo, body-lotion, showergel and now important, handwash….CHECK, present. Coming up to the apartment goes with the private elevator where you step directly into your apartment. Just this fact makes you get that special glamourous feeling you want on a holiday. The apartment is cozy decorated and provides you with all the amenities you need. And more important, its clean and cool. Inside it is spacious enough, but you will only be there to sleep. You will spend most of the time on the enormous roof terrace overlooking the sea. To give an impression. The outside area counts 18 seats to sit on. But there is enough space to place them 1,5 mtr (covid safe) away from each other on the terrace. Sit in one of the beach chairs in the sun or in the also big shaded area. And if you are still to hot. Just get a quick cooldown under the outside shower. With a big outside dinner table and the BBQ you only need to go inside for a cold beverage from the big fridge. If you wonder about the train station in front of the apartment? Sitting outside, you hardly notice the trains starting and stopping Inside you don’t notice them at all. The only downside is that instead of walking 1 minute to get to the beach it will take you 4 minutes to go there via the railroad X-ing. Traveling with 2 teenagers having Wifi is important. Actually, with current COVID problems the location is a great, safe hideaway to stay in the sun and work remote. If the kids did not had to go to school, we could have stayed there for months. Do we recommend the apartment? With the risk it will never be available for us again we say YES.

Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und schön eingerichtetes Appartement
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Joan. Der check-in war super flexibel und obwohl wir früher vor Ort ankamen, war seine Mitarbeiterin 30 min später vor der Tür, um uns ins Appartement zu lassen. Das war ein Traum nach so einer langen Reise. Der feine Kieselstrand ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt und hat tolles Wasser und Wellen. Die Dachterrasse ist riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Liegen, einem Grill, einem großen Tisch und einer Dusche. Man sieht dabei die ganze Zeit auf das Meer. Toll auch für etwas Morgensport. Die Schlafcouch war überraschend bequem und wir konnten zu sechst zwei tolle Wochen hier verbringen. Unsere schönsten Ausflüge waren zur Festung Sant Ferran, zum Schloss Santa Florentina, Monserrat, Girona, Tossa de Mar und ein Wiederbesuch von Barcelona, vor allem dem Park Güell. Es gibt eine Bahnstation direkt vor dem Haus. Die Geräusche stören einen ganz schnell nicht mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und die Innenstadt ist sehr nah. Danke für alles, Joan.
