Surrounded by nature and offering stunning sea views, the home features a private saltwater pool with safety gate, a spacious terrace with stone barbecue, garden furniture, and even a ping pong table. Inside, the villa’s warm, modern layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, bright living areas, and three floors connected by stairs. Electric car charging and private parking for up to 3 cars are also available. Ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and tranquility, the villa includes 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed across the floors, including a lower-level laundry area. Outdoor living is easy with sunny terraces, dining spaces, and proximity to the beach, hiking trails, and charming seaside towns. Please note: there may be construction noise from a nearby plot until June 24. Guests must respect the maximum occupancy and house rules: no parties, pets, or smoking. A tourist tax applies (€1/night per person 16+, max 7 nights), and late arrivals incur a fee. A refundable deposit of €1000 is required for groups under 25. Please keep the home tidy at check-out to avoid extra fees. ID is required at check-in. This property is reserved exclusively for guests included in the booking.
