Utilizei o parque aquático tanto de onde estava como do Golden Dolphin Grand Hotel. Venho relatar que no último dia tinha que fazer o check in até 11h, podendo se estender ao máximo até 13h. Realizei o mesmo por volta de 11:10h, quando deixei a chave na portaria e perguntei se poderia entregar a pulseira de acesso posteriormente, pois iria precisar usar para ter acesso a área do restaurante do Golden Dolphin Grand Hotel, o qual me foi prontamente autorizado pelo recepcionista, também permitindo a permanência do meu veículo no estacionamento até que acabasse minha refeição e pudesse iniciar minha viagem de volta para casa. Acontece que o restaurante só iniciava o almoço 12h. Aguardei a almocei tranquilamente, indo até a recepção entregar a pulseira de acesso e retirar meu carro, passando assim mais de uma hora e quarenta minutos. Quando cheguei em casa percebi que tinha esquecido um moletom que tinha acabado de adquirir, nunca usado, ou seja, novo, no quarto do hotel. Daí veio o questionamento: quando deixei a chave na recepção, provavelmente alguém foi ao quarto verificar se estava tudo ok com as instalações e de certo viu o meu moletom, pois estava bem visível. Deveria ter reportado a recepção, pelo menos imagino ser essa a orientação a todos os funcionários. No entanto retornei a recepção para retirar a pulseira de acesso e ninguém reportou nada. Ao chegar no hotel para fazer o check-in ( golden dolphin gran hotel), Fomos muito bem recebidos desde a entrada, o atendente super gentil e educado, ao entrar no quarto super limpo, lindo, organizado e confortável , quarto com varanda, tv de tubo mas como passava o dia fora não me incomodou a tv (tinha toalha e roupa de cama já no quarto, ar-condicionado maravilhoso) eu levei edredon de casa mas no hotel vc pode alugar tbm. hotel é maravilhoso tem várias piscinas e podiamos usar tbm as piscinas da rede golden dolphin express tbm. Fui nos dia 23/12 a 26/12 o hotel estava cheio mas não tinha aglomeração, não tinha barulho, bagunça nada disso. dentro do hotel tem td que vc precisar porém td é extremamente caro, mas comprar la dentro é opcional, claro. A única coisa chata era o pessoal que esperava os hóspedes pela manhã pra ficar oferecendo venda de cotas e etc com insistência mesmo eu falando que não queria. No mais como eu disse tudo maravilhoso e oq é bom a gente recomenda e volta sem duvidas. Ah café da manhã maravilhoso, almoço e janta tbm, na minha diária não incluía refeição então tinha que pagar, claro. Elevador sempre lotado porque de três um estava estragado. Meu amigo pegou um quarto com a TV com a tela quebrada e nem ligava, problemas no encanamento do banheiro e o ar não estava gelando. Embora as fotos sejam do hotel Golden Dolphin, essa Mondial aluga apartamentos - ou seja, qualquer problema que tenha, o hotel não resolve - é tudo com a Mondial. Cheguei as 12h, fui ver se conseguia entrar antes das 14h. O recepcionista do hotel disse que não havia nenhuma reserva no meu nome. O recepcionista localizou um responsável pela Mondial perto da recepção do hotel. Falei com ele, e ele me disse apenas que não poderia entrar antes das 14h. Informei que meu nome não constava, e ele me disse que as 14h estaria lá. Depois fiquei sabendo na recepção que o quarto estava livre e limpo, poderia ter entrado. Ao chegar as 14:16h no hotel, meu nome não constava em lugar nenhum. Foi uma dificuldade para entrar em contato com a Mondial. O telefone era da hoteis.com. Liguei para hoteis.com, que tentou ligar em 3 telefones, e 2 não existiam e 1 não atendia. Ou seja, nem a hoteis.com tem o contato desse pessoal - deveria ser retirado do site. Os recepcionistas conseguiram falar com a Mondial, que me mandaram ir em uma imobiliária, fora do hotel, para pagar uma taxa de limpeza (que a pessoa podia ter me dito as 12h, ou podiam ter avisado para eu fazer uma transferência dias antes). O apartamento do lado do meu, estava em obras. O hotel avisou a Mondial, mas eles me alugaram sem nenhum aviso. Um barulho insuportável, o dia inteiro. Fui falar com a recepção, e eles disseram que não podiam fazer nada, só a Mondial - que não tem telefone.
