The spacious property is fully equipped, finished to a very high standard and furnished in a contemporary style. As the house occupies a corner position, it has the advantage of a large terrace area facing south, which has beautiful views of the forest. The house is located in a quiet area, but less than 5 minutes from the beautiful protected bay of Sao Martinho do Porto, with sandy beaches, promenade, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
