This modern top floor apartment, with views over the Lagoa (Lagoon) and green surroundings, is located in a quiet, private condominium, steps away from both the village of Foz Do Arelho and the magnificent Praia Da Foz (local beach). The space: All three double bedrooms benefit from good storage space, nice views and sunlight throughout the day. You’ll want to curl up with a good book and enjoy. Bathrooms: a large shower room, with bidet and toilet; plus another toilet near the entrance. Make your own Italian-style coffee in the fully equipped kitchen, spacious enough for long sit-in breakfasts - as is the balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The spacious lounge/dining room area also has a large balcony overlooking the lagoon, perfect for relaxing with an aperitif at sunset after a day of adventures. Our flat is part of a quiet private condominium with large gardens, swimming pool, terrace and amenities you can enjoy at leisure (BBQ, table tennis, sun loungers, showers and restroom). Free parking Location: You have many options just on your doorstep: 5 mins walk to Foz do Arelho village with cafes, shops and restaurants. 10-15 mins walk to Praia Da Foz, the long lagoon beach, fantastic for fans of water sports as well as families with small children with safe shallow areas of the lagoon to play in, away from the ocean. Other outdoors options include long coastal (or woodland) walks, cycling, horse riding or the many golf courses around. If going up the hill instead, about 5mins away you shall find the outstanding lookout point of Miradouro where on a clear day you can see the Berlengas islands fort. A little further away, why not hit the markets in the old town of the nearby Caldas da Rainha for fresh local produce, delicacies and other boutiques. For the younger ones, you will find plenty of activities such as cinemas, bowling, water parks, carting and more. There is something for everyone. For local cultural day trips, consider the fortified medieval town of Obidos or the tranquil mindfulness of a long walk through the Buddha Eden Gardens. Antonio was very helpful and checked in to ensure our check in went well, we were settling in, enjoying our time there, and if we had any needs. This was our second visit to Foz. We love the village and proximity to many towns on the Silver Coast. Highlights for us have been Nazare, Tomar, Obidios, Batalha, Aveiro. Our favorite restaurants in the village are Tavola and Tibino. Mixed reviews for those at the lagoon. Although we did like Cabana. Vor Ort war Allies Vater Antonio stets erreichbar und für das Check-in zuständig - auch hier hat alles tiptop geklappt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 15 min zu Fuss am (windigen) Strand oder in 5 min im Dorf, wo es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und Restaurants hat. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Grosszügige Raumaufteilung. Bad mit WC plus. sep. Wc. Den Kids hat sowohl der Pool als auch der Pingpongtisch (es lohnt sich, eigene Schläger und Bälle mitzunehmen, sofern man gerne spielt) sehr gefallen.
