The host contacted us the evening before to check arrival time and even kindly allowed us to leave our big bag at the property whilst we went off to explore. "This is a big apartment, centrally located which accommodated 8 adults with ease. We had everything we needed and a great choice of cafes for breakfast in the neighbourhood. Having two bathrooms was very useful for the group and kitchen facilities for coffee and snacks etc. Our host Vittorio was always on hand if we needed him and checked in with us on our first day. Would recommend for any group wanting a great apartment in a great location!"

"My stay at Mirko’s place in Sanità was wonderful. The location is near all the Centro historico sights you can easily get anywhere from the Piazza Cavour. Yet it is off the beaten track and staying here will immerse you the neighbourhood like a real Neapolitan. The Sanità area is real deal. The apartment is large enough and has all the amenities you will need. It was renovated a while ago, so expect local down to earth simplicity. "Wonderful location. Walkable to the port along the waterfront in about 20 minutes. Taxis just outside the door and lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The views from the breakfast room were fab. The bed was big and super comfortable and the balcony doors really blocked out the sound of the city. The negatives were it feels like a conference center, where corporates go to do team building, and does not feel very homely or luxurious. It is quite run down, lots of black marks on the walls. Feels a bit like a holiday inn or a Hilton….a three star airport hotel vibe. Also the balcony could do with having some furniture to enjoy the view. We booked it for the pool which was closed which we didn’t expect for the 24th-26th of May. You can find it on the webpage if you search that the pool is only open certain times of the year but that wasn’t obvious when we booked. The other pools in the city hotels are open this time of year so if you’re going for a pool then go somewhere else. We left the hotel in the morning and didn’t come back until bed time because there are no facilities that would keep you in the hotel and the feeling is just too like a conference center. That said, I have given mostly 5 stars because the location really is spectacular and it was important for me to feel safe in the city and that’s what I felt. I would recommend it for a short stay if you were just looking to explore the city and get a comfortable sleep "
